For Royal Dutch TNT we have developed a wide range of equipment used in collecting, sorting and delivering mail. These aids, ranging from internal transportation to sorting equipment and the postman's bag, have enabled TNT to stay competitive in the rapidly changing world of mail. Studio Dumbar has been responsible for the visual identity.

The processes TNT uses to collect, sort and deliver mail today are completely different from those 10 years ago. These new processes allow TNT to work more efficiently, more flexible and more cost effective. Aditionally quality and knowledge has become an integral part of the system less depending on the mailman.

For TNT the reality is that competition has grown and the volume of small mail is decreasing rapidly under the influence of electronic alternatives. FLEX/the INNOVATIONLAB has developed a wide variety of postal aids which were nessesary to help the TNT mailman to stay competitive.
